Job summary

Shopko in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a Full Time Clerical teammate to support the Optical center team. You will greet patients, answer phones, book appointments, manage patient files, and perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include processing billing information, organizing records, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. A HS diploma and basic computer skills are required with on-the-job training and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and computer systems.
• Able to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain accuracy.
