You'll work 40 hours per week with a schedule including late night once weekly and rotating Saturdays, supporting providers and clinical staff as part of the ambulatory care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality patient service at appointments and inquiries.
• Enter and verify billing information at time of service.
• Assist with accurate and timely medical records.
