Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED and strong customer-service skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and complete documentation.
• Collect co-pays, answer and route calls, schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Provide directions and patient-prep guidance; coordinate with back-office staff.
