Qualifications

• Great interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment a MUST
• Medical terminology, keyboard, Microsoft Office products, scheduling systems, medical records (electronic and paper), billing, basic math, language, reading and writing, customer service

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with check in and check out and process copays
• Verify insurances and schedule appointments as needed
• Answer telephones and fax medical documents
• Maintain staging and filing of medical records and related paperwork
