This role provides front-desk support, scheduling, intake, and coordination with patients, families, and care teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Greet and check in patients; maintain demographic, insurance, and pharmacy information.
• Verify insurance, collect copays/balances, and assist with basic billing inquiries.
• Scan and manage patient documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate interpreter services and address patient communication needs.
• Monitor reception area, communicate delays, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Process medical record requests, forms, and daily reports/deposits.
• Ensure confidentiality, safety, and infection control standards.
