Our network includes OB/GYN physicians, breast health centers, high-risk pregnancy centers, laboratories, urogynecology care, and fertility centers. We are currently recruiting a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in Bryn Mawr, PA, with offices in Plymouth Meeting, Malvern, and King of Prussia.

The Patient Service Representative will greet patients, activate patient files, and support patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, route calls appropriately, and manage messages received via answering service.
  • Greet patients and visitors, assist and direct them, and screen solicitors for relevance to organizational needs.
  • Explain financial requirements to patients and collect copays as required.
  • Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments and finalize previous day’s schedules.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and infection control policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Willingness to travel to Malvern, Plymouth Meeting, and King of Prussia as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Prioritize team success over individual efforts.
  • Work 40 hours per week.
