Job description

We are currently seeking a Patient Service Representative for Athena OBGYN in Horsham, PA, with potential to float to Abington.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30-4pm; options for 9-5 or 9:30-6pm with one closing shift (10:30am-7pm); Fridays 6:30am-3pm.

The Patient Service Representative will greet patients, activate files, and support patients and staff. Responsibilities include:

  • Modeling a positive work ethic, contributing to a 95% patient satisfaction rate.
  • Communicating effectively, clearly, and appropriately for the audience.
  • Focusing on care center success and patient outcomes.
  • Adhering to standards of conduct and compliance.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Adapt to changing priorities and needs.
  • Be flexible and composed under pressure.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Prioritize team success over individual tasks.
  • Work 40 hours weekly across multiple locations as needed.
