Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests with a cheerful demeanor.
• Determine necessary services and direct patients accordingly.
• Collect demographic information and ensure signatures for billing accuracy.
• Maintain logs of patient information and manage phone inquiries professionally.
• Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Maintain an accurate financial ledger and perform daily reconciliation of patient accounts.

This position is integral to fostering a supportive and efficient environment in the Emergency Center, ensuring patients receive the care they need while upholding the standards of the healthcare facility.
