Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guide them through check-in/out, ensuring records are accurate.
• Proactively manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle medical record requests.
• Verify insurance authorizations and precertifications; assist with co-pays and billing questions with empathy.
• Submit daily service charges, reconcile deposits, and provide essential clerical support to keep the office organized.

• Provide Financial Clarity: Assist patients by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time, then help them navigate co-payments and billing questions with transparency and empathy.
• Ensure Accuracy & Flow: Maintain the heartbeat of the office by submitting daily service charges, reconciling deposits, and providing the essential clerical support that keeps our environment organized and welcoming.
