This position supports the incoming phone switchboard team in a high-volume cardiovascular practice. Along with two other team members, you will handle nearly all incoming calls, understand the call reason, and route calls appropriately. The ideal candidate has experience in phone-based customer service. This role is eligible for remote work after successful training.
