The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is the first point of contact for our patients entering the building. Our PSRs are responsible for ensuring our patient experience is truly one-of-a-kind; offering incredible customer service at all times. You will perform a wide variety of duties related to the reception and registration of patients. The position may require some evenings and Saturdays.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health (with employer contribution), dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid base life, and other voluntary benefits. Time off benefits include paid time off (CTO) and seven paid holidays, plus a floating holiday after one year of service. Retirement benefits include a 401(k) with company contribution and profit sharing after one year of service. The pay range for this position is determined based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
