Job description

We are hiring for a Full Time Patient Service Representative (healthcare) to join our team at MedBridge Healthcare, a leading provider of sleep laboratory management and sleep therapy services. We partner with hospitals, universities, clinics, and physician practices to offer comprehensive services for sleep disorder diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care management.

Location Requirements
  • Must reside in DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, NJ, PA, or VA and be on EST
  • Remote work with daily productivity monitoring
Job Responsibilities
  • Answering calls and managing patient intake
  • Scheduling appointments and collecting demographic and insurance information
  • Entering data into the EMR system accurately
  • Addressing patient inquiries and concerns
  • Performing call screening and message taking
  • Verifying insurance coverage for scheduled services
  • Communicating with referral sources for patient updates
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of customer service, data entry, and scheduling experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Effective communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal distractions and reliable internet
  • Proven excellent attendance record
