Job summary

ALLIANCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support patient services in a healthcare setting in St. Louis, MO.

The role requires at least 2 years of medical or healthcare experience and working knowledge of Epic. The PSR will greet patients, register and schedule appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient information and documentation using Epic.
• Assist with medical records and administrative duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support patient services in a healthcare setting in St. Louis, MO.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of medical or healthcare experience and working knowledge of Epic. The PSR will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and assist with registration, scheduling, patient information, and other administrative responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of medical or healthcare experience – REQUIREDKnowledge of and experience using Epic – REQUIREDPrevious experience as a Patient Service Representative, Patient Access Representative, Medical Receptionist, or similar healthcare administrative role preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environmentComfortable working directly with patients and healthcare professionalsBasic computer and data-entry skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required
