Community Care Partners in Casper, WY is seeking a Patient Service Representative to greet patients, check in for appointments, and maintain accurate records.

You will handle copayments, assist with registrations, and communicate patient needs to clinical staff while upholding confidentiality and a friendly, professional demeanor.

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to interact with diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with people from all backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, supportive manner
• Check patients in for appointments and scan documents into charts
• Assist with registration forms and distribute medical records
• Collect and post copayments and outstanding balances; balance cash drawer daily
• Inform patients of care costs and collect required fees
• Assess walk-in traffic for potential emergencies
• Communicate patient needs to clinical staff
• Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and sanitized
• Provide coverage for medical records and prior authorizations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
