About You

You have an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and strong commitment to providing excellent care to our patients. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for timely and professional communication with patients and clients, including providing accurate information regarding services, appointments, and facilities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound and outbound call management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a timely and professional interaction regardless of call purpose.
  • Escalate calls as needed based on patient/client interactions to the appropriate department.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Two to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume physician office setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Strong background in a patient care environment.
