Job summary

NC Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front desk operations and deliver an exceptional patient experience across every visit. You will collaborate with the Patient Services Supervisor to maintain smooth scheduling and a positive team environment.

Requirements include at least 3 years of dental front desk experience, pediatric exposure preferred, and current OSHA, HIPAA and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in dental front desk operations.
• At least 1 year of pediatric dental experience preferred.
• Currently certified in OSHA, HIPAA and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) in training, staffing and functionality while providing feedback.
• Satisfy all mandatory training requirements as assigned by the PSS via training tools.
• Sustain the execution and flow of the patient schedule to provide the best Patient Experience and team environment.
• Substitute the management of front operations in the absence of the PSS.
• Perform a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks that anticipate team and patient needs.

Job Summary

The Patient Services Representatives (PSR’s) provides vital office support that maximizes the flow of the front desk operations. Ownership of this position delivers the high standard of customer service necessary to maintain the overall Patient Experience while adhering to our Mission and Core Values

• Orthodontic experience preferred

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

Collaborate with Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) in all aspects of training, staffing and functionality while providing substantial and valuable feedback.

Satisfy all mandatory training requirements as assigned and provided by the Patient Services Supervisor (PSS) via various training tools.

Sustain the execution and flow of the patient schedule to provide the best Patient Experience while fostering a team environment.

Substitutes the management of front operations in the absence of Patient Services Supervisor PSS.

Performs a variety of detail-oriented administrative tasks that anticipate the needs of the team and patients alike.

Education And Experience Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of experience in dental front desk operations
