Patient Service Representative - Fayetteville, GA is looking for an experienced and friendly Patient Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, GA! If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping patients navigate their appointments and treatment while supporting the day-to-day needs of the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions and concerns
• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments
• Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and no-shows
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Monitor and respond to voicemail
• Help patients understand their treatment and financial arrangements
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
• Work closely with the dental team and Office Manager to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental office experience required
• Previous experience answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with patient payments is a plus
• Knowledge of HMO/PPO dental insurance is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
