Made Ya Smile in Houston, TX is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly face of the practice. You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and help patients understand treatment and financial arrangements.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in patient information, and collaboration with the Office Manager and dental team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience is required.
• Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Experience handling patient payments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HMO/PPO dental insurance is advantageous.

Made Ya Smileis looking for an experienced and friendly Patient Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX!

If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping patients navigate their appointments and treatment while supporting the day-to-day needs of the practice.

What You’ll Do
