Job summary

OrthoAtlanta, LLC in Fayetteville, GA seeks a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, manage check-in/out, handle appointments, insurance questions and payments. You’ll input demographics, verify coverage and coordinate with clinical staff to keep the flow smooth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Patient Services Representative at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:

• Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and help with questions about appointments, insurance, or procedures
• Collect co-pays, prepayments, and outstanding balances accurately while explaining financial policies as needed
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments, answer incoming calls, and ensure timely patient communication and follow-through
• Input and update patient demographics, insurance information, and visit details into the EMR system
• Open and close the front office, keep the waiting area clean and organized, and work assigned EMR “buckets” to support clinic flow
• Thrive in a fast-paced, people-facing role
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
