You Will

  • Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Verify insurance and patient information, collect signatures, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Collect and log co-pays and fees.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Provide patients with preparatory and safety instructions and directions to facilities.
  • Coordinate with back-office staff for effective patient care.
  • Safeguard patient property and health information.
  • Manage onsite medications according to policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle patient financial information and cash securely.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions, respecting patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Are

  • Passionate about customer service with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service; medical/radiology office experience and medical terminology knowledge are preferred.

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $26.00 per hour

Shift Variations

M-F (7am-10pm), SAT (7am-2:30pm), SUN (6:45am-4:30pm)
