As a highly rated appliance repair franchise in the Baltimore and surrounding areas, we frequently have job openings for technicians, managers, and support personnel. This is a part-time, work-from-home position. Training will be conducted in person or online and lasts about 2-3 weeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key member of the team, representing Mr. Appliance on support calls. Your responsibilities include customer service, dealing with outside vendors/3rd party warranty and property management companies, and embodying our values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is suitable for self-motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy helping people. You should be driven to provide excellent customer service and capable of managing various situations daily.

Responsibilities

1. Receive incoming calls professionally and courteously.
2. Perform marketing and sales functions to promote additional work and generate business.
3. Complete work orders, follow up with customers, respond to complaints, order parts, and communicate with vendors and third-party customers.
4. Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum two years of administrative experience.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
4. Positive attitude.
5. Ability to work independently as part of a team.

Compensation
