Select Medical's outpatient physical therapy center in Decatur, GA seeks a Patient Service Specialist. You will greet and register patients, guide them through the visit process, and help coordinate their next appointment while supporting the business side of the center.

This full-time role schedules weekdays, typically 40 hours per week, with a starting compensation of $16 per hour depending on experience.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience.
• 1 year of Medical Office experience.
• Preferred: Insurance verification experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Preferred: Customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients and provide information about their visit.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
