Job summary

MyEyeDr. seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out and deliver a personalized patient experience. Training will be provided to learn about insurance options and appointment coordination, ensuring a best-in-class visit for our patients.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best-in-class service
• Flexible, adaptable mindset with ability to wear multiple hats
• Friendly, caring, patient-centric and collaborative team player
• Proficient in oral and written communication, and able to problem solve

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check-in/out
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach
• Multitask by handling multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed
• Collaborate with doctors and team for seamless patient care
