The role requires strong customer service with at least 1 year of front desk and medical office experience, and a willingness to work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year front desk experience.
• At least 1 year medical office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance verifications.
