As part of the care team, you will handle scheduling, billing inquiries, and medical records duties while rotating between Park Ridge, Des Plaines, and Buffalo Grove offices. This role offers weekday hours and a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One to two years related customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling difficult callers, customers, or patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient, high-quality patient services for appointments, information requests, and billing inquiries.
• Ensures accurate entry of billing information at the point of service and follows up on missing data.
• Maintains accurate and timely medical records in accordance with practice standards.
