AltaMed is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead planning, management, and execution of PACE initiatives across the AltaMedPACE program and Health Services clinics. You will partner with leaders to improve workflows, drive cross-functional projects, and ensure delivery of strategic goals.

You will measure performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions using evidence-based methods, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes for our communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related field required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in data analysis, feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques preferred.
• Formal project management education required; certifications in project management or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, implement, and execute AltaMedPACE initiatives and related program goals.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to improve workflows and cross-functional processes.
• Monitor processes, risks, and controls with post-implementation reviews and follow-ups.
• Design programs, monitor effectiveness, and initiate corrective actions using evidence-based practices.
