Job summary

Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians, Inc. is hiring a Patient Service Representative for Suburban Internal Medicine in Reynoldsburg, OH. This full-time front-desk role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with benefits eligible. Previous medical office experience is preferred; familiarity with Electronic Health Records is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior medical office experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred.
• Must have proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Verifying patient demographics and insurance
• Collecting Co-pays
• Scanning/Indexing documents
• Answering phones and directing to the proper office
• Scheduling of patients
• Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
• Opening and closing the office
• Other duties as assigned
