Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily patient scheduling.
• Provide professional scheduling via phone, email and in person.
• Coordinate with registration for check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain proactive communication with Medical Group and departments.
• Handle requests and complaints with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Manage auto-reminder call program.
