Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused scheduling across telephone, electronic, and face-to-face channels.
• Coordinate with Registration for efficient check-in/check-out to improve patient satisfaction.
• Maintain proactive communication with Medical Group staff and supporting departments.
• Handle requests, complaints and communications with diplomacy and good judgment.
• Contribute to process improvement to meet department goals.
• Must perform the physical demands of the job.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance; manage auto-reminder calls.
