Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Scheduler I to coordinate patient visits and procedures in a medical office setting. The role involves handling high call volume, updating physician schedules, and supporting patient registration and financial transactions.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of medical scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting payments and reconciling charges.
• Prepare and file patient charts in the EMR.
