UW Health is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to manage appointment scheduling via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence. The role includes taking incoming calls from patients and families, making outbound calls to schedule appointments, and coordinating with clinic staff to ensure timely care.
We offer full-time hours with a daytime schedule, and a starting pay rate described in the posting. No weekend rotations required, and hours may vary by clinic needs.
Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:15 am - 5:30 pm, no weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.
Pay starts at $19.59 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.
