Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to manage appointment scheduling via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence. Job description

Work Schedule

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:15 am - 5:30 pm, no weekend rotation required. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.

Pay

Pay starts at $19.59 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

Work Experience

• 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
• Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
• Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
• Previous experience with answering phones, greeting clients and customers in person Preferred
