Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Pre-Processing Specialist for Main Line Services at Ellis Preserve. You will be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, handling outpatient testing and appointment scheduling across MLHS facilities. Experience in patient registration and strong customer service is required.

Day shifts with full-time status. Eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, 120 hours of paid time off, and free employee parking.

Serves as a first point of contact for patients and physicians for Outpatient services scheduling for all Main Line Health System (MLHS) facilities.

Experience:
2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience required. Superior customer service skills required with demonstrated experience in a customer oriented environment. Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem solving skills and problem resolution skills required. Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience scheduling or registration applications, use of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the internet, word, excel and email.
