The role involves managing patient calls, coordinating provider schedules, and ensuring timely care for diverse patients in a fast-paced office.

This full-time, in-office position offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a compensation range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume receptionist, call center, or customer service role (medical office experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact empathetically with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Be the First Impression: Answer incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage the Schedule: Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments across medical specialties.
• Coordinate Care: Take messages and route urgent questions to nurses, assistants, or providers.
• Maintain Records: Update patient demographics, insurance, and pharmacy details in the EMR.
• Support the Team: Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the front office running smoothly.
