Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our on-site team. This Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm role focuses on coordinating client services, scheduling, and staffing needs to ensure high-quality home health care.

You will support field staff, manage administrative tasks, and build strong relationships with clients and families while developing leadership skills in a growing healthcare organization.

Patient Scheduling Coordinator

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Patient Scheduling Coordinator in our Willow Grove, PA Pediatrics office. This is an on-site Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm opportunity designed for someone who is motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in healthcare leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and assist with client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
• Support field staff in delivering high‑quality home health services
• Gain exposure to day‑to‑day office operations and healthcare management
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and field employees
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, documentation, and data entry
• Take on new responsibilities and develop leadership skills as you grow in the role

• Bachelor’s degree required
