Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in State College, PA seeks a Client Services Manager to lead pediatric home care operations and grow a devoted client caseload. You will build strong relationships with families, referral sources, and office leadership while driving service excellence.

You will oversee scheduling, client satisfaction, and team collaboration, developing leadership skills and contributing to BAYADA’s mission-driven culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in medical office or home care preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting goals and taking on increased responsibility.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure high-quality pediatric home care.
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership.
• Monitor key metrics, including admissions, referrals, and caseload performance.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery.
• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you grow.

Client Services Manager - Pediatric Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our State College, PA Pediatric Home Care office.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility

• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
