Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Northeast Philadelphia seeks a Client Services Manager to lead habilitation services, grow your caseload, and deliver high-quality care for individuals with I/DD. You’ll work with experienced leaders to develop as a manager and make a meaningful impact.

You’ll supervise field staff, coordinate services, and collaborate with clinical leadership while advancing your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior I/DD, Habilitation, medical office, or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, employees, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality services for clients.

• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership.

• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery.
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you develop.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Northeast Philadelphia, PA Habilitation office.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in client services, operations, team leadership, business development, and caseload management while working alongside experienced healthcare leaders.

What You’ll Do
