Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients to schedule appointments and route calls to the appropriate team members.
• Make outbound calls to schedule patients and follow up on appointments.
• Process CPAP and BiPAP device orders for sleep apnea patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• Review sleep study documentation to ensure eligibility for services and equipment.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain scheduling records.
• Document and update patient information in scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns.
