Job summary

Radiology Ltd. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Patient Scheduler to handle inbound and outbound calls and schedule imaging appointments. The role offers in-person training in Tucson with a potential work-from-home option after successful completion and demonstrated performance.

The position requires a high school education, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to meet performance metrics. Prior call center experience is helpful, as are basic computer skills and flexibility with shift

Qualifications

• High School or GED required at the time of hiring.
• Prior call center experience and medical terminology are helpful, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful, but not required.
• Must pass a General Skills Assessment test.
• Must be computer literate; dual screen experience is helpful.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
