Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• HIPAA knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment dates and times based on exam requested.
• Manage high-volume calls and schedule reminders.
• Verify and update patient demographics in EHR/EMR.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate scheduling updates across systems.
• Handle referrals and prior exam locations.
