Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• High attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume multi-line calls and schedule appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, cancel and send reminders.
• Verify patient demographics and update chart info in EHR/EMR.
• Coordinate with insurance, referrals and exam locations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all scheduling activities.
• Enter and organize patient information across systems.
• Provide exam preparation instructions and directions.
