Job summary

Rezolut is seeking a full-time Patient Scheduler in Downey, CA to coordinate patient and client appointments and manage high-volume calls. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and HIPAA compliance, with schedules Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and a pay of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reminders, updating patient demographics in EHR/EMR, and helping patients with exam preparation and directions.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC systems, tools, and applications.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of radiology, X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and client appointments across multiple systems.
• Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule exams.
• Verify and update patient demographics in EHR/EMR.
• Provide exam preparation instructions and directions.
• Schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments and send reminders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain data accuracy.
