Job summary

Ascension in Carmel, IN is seeking an organized scheduling assistant for the Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy department. Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm, with responsibilities including coordinating referrals, updating provider contact information, and entering appointments into the EMR system.

The role requires a high school diploma equivalency or 1 year of related experience; licensure may be used in lieu of education. Healthcare clinic and imaging scheduling experience are preferred.
