Optimize patient access by managing registration, scheduling, and billing processes to ensure timely care and a smooth experience from arrival to discharge.
Bridge the gap between clinical and administrative teams, fostering collaborative relationships that ensure effective communication and shared operational success.
Monitor critical performance metrics—including budget adherence, staffing levels, and regulatory compliance to uphold the highest standards of safety and fiscal responsibility.
Partner with leadership to define and execute strategic goals, driving continuous improvement in both clinical outcomes and operational productivity.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
