Qualifications

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments, surgeries, and services.
• Initiate billing conversations with patients/families regarding benefits and costs.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, registration, and billing information.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling details in the medical records system.
• Provide high level customer service, including de-escalation and guidance.
