Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an on-site Medical Scheduler to efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and appointment requests. You will serve as the primary contact for new patients, ensuring accurate scheduling, complete documentation, and clear pre-exam instructions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Description

This on-site Medical Scheduler role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to patients while efficiently managing a high volume of incoming calls and appointment requests. You will serve as a primary point of contact for new patients, ensuring accurate scheduling, complete and correct documentation, and clear communication of instructions prior to examinations and procedures. The position requires strong multitasking, time management, and computer skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
