Patient Schedulers are valued team members here at Children's Hospital Colorado! Our Patient Schedulers play a crucial role in helping us deliver the best possible care to our young patients. If you're someone who is passionate about working with kids, and is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! In n addition to providing a high level of customer support, this position is responsible for answering general information regarding appointments, procedures and services (e.g. current studies, study specific information, potential patients, contact lists, or concerns. This role also schedules patient examinations for patient single modalities, cancels appointments, and/or reschedules as necessary, and correct or modifies discrepancies within the schedule. This position provides administrative support and high-level customer service support to patients, families, team members, providers and referring practices.
Schedule: Day shift, Hybrid (on-site and at-home)
Annual Salary Range: $20.13 - $30.20 (based on hours worked and years of experience)/hourly wage
