We are looking for a Patient Scheduler to join our pediatric therapy team at our Naperville, IL center. We are looking for someone who is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00am-3:30pm, and one Saturday a quarter from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm.
As a Patient Scheduler, your role is pivotal in creating a great end-to-end client experience. You'll learn to understand client needs and how you—along with our teams—can harness our multidisciplinary environment to ensure client satisfaction.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, customer-service role.

As a member of our team, you will:
Coordinate the therapists' schedule at the beginning of each week based on clients' needs and the therapists' productivity requirements
Send welcome email packets to new client families
Review client's account to accuracy and document all client communication
Maintain daily volume of phone calls and emails
Attends weekly huddle meetings in center
Ensure that any service inquiries are answered and that follow-up is made as needed
