Position Overview

This remote part-time role involves weekend coverage for our Supply Planning team, working Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm CT. Candidates in the Chicagoland area are preferred.

Position Responsibilities

1. Monitor inventory to ensure supply, track inbound loads, and resolve critical issues related to supply shortages and late inbound loads.

2. Review emails and take appropriate actions for multiple distribution centers.

3. Assess critical items to determine if immediate weekend action is necessary.

4. Coordinate transfers between distribution centers by identifying inventory issues and evaluating transfer options.

5. Resolve product and transportation issues.

6. Track purchase orders from suppliers to receipt at distribution centers; create or modify purchase orders as needed.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with 0 to 1+ years of related experience.
