Qualifikationen

• Current Driver’s License (if applicable for the role).
• Current Basic Life Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• At least 21 years of age.
• If located in the State of Montana Security Guard Licensure is required within 120 days of hire.

• Operates and monitors security technology systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• De-escalation: use verbal and non-verbal strategies to calm individuals and resolve conflicts peacefully.
• Dealing with Violent Patients: intervene to protect safety, including using restraints when necessary.
• Regulatory Compliance: ensure HIPAA and other reporting protocols.
• Bomb Threat/Suspicious Package Responses: respond following protocols for safety.
• Participation in Drills: engage in infant abductions and active shooter drills.
• Conducting Searches: perform safe searches for narcotics with compliance to law.
• Safety Inspections: inspect walking surfaces, fire extinguishers, and overall safety.
• Parking Enforcement: enforce parking regulations for safety and access.
• Investigations: collaborate with HR and law enforcement on investigations.
