Qualifications

• Montana location requires security licensure within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor security technology: surveillance cameras, access control, alarms.
• De-escalate conflicts using verbal and non-verbal skills.
• Respond to emergencies and protect staff, patients, and visitors.
• Protect Intermountain property and enforce site policies.
• Coordinate investigations with HR and law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct safety inspections and patrol the facility and surrounding areas.
• Enforce parking regulations to ensure safety and access.
• Participate in drills for infant abduction and active shooter scenarios.
